All tickets are non-refundable once the transaction is completed. Duplicate transactions are also non-refundable because duplicate transactions prevent other customers from purchasing tickets. There will NOT be a refund for bus delay due to weather, traffic, and mechanical issue. |

Customers can only reschedule a ticket (rescheduling fee may apply) by calling our customer service representatives or logging into their iLIKEBUS account 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure date and time.
Dynamic price tickets CANNOT be rescheduled.Ticket can be rescheduled up to four times. |

The ticket is valid only for the date and time stated on the ticket. |

Reward points and other promotions CANNOT be applied to dynamic tickets. |

Customers have to bring a Government-issued photo ID and the printout E-ticket (confirmation
email) when boarding.

Customers' name(s) on E-ticket should match passengers' or one of the passengers' names. |

The printout of E-tickets must be signed by the customer as proof of boarding. |
